FORMIDABLE PODIUM FINISH IN IMOLA FOR ANDREA MANTOVANI
The last round of the CIV Supersport NG600 in Imola ends with a podium for Andrea Mantovani aboard the Ducati “Panigalina” V2 of the VMR Mesaroli Racing Team.
Andrea is satisfied with having closed the season with a third place last Sunday, which earns him fourth place in the general classification. The VMR Mesaroli Racing Team rider started from 7th place and showed his determination by fighting in the leading group from the first to the last lap. Considering the two races less due to the clash with the MotoE and the technical failure at Mugello, the final result in the general clas-sification is very flattering.
ANDREA MANTOVANI:
I am very happy to have concluded the championship with a podium here in Imola. I gritted my teeth because I am still carrying the after-effects of the Mugello crash, but despite this I gave my all anyway. I am aware that we still have room for growth with this bike and I am sure that with the Team if we continue next year, we will take an important step to be increasingly protagonists. I conclude this year with 6 podiums out of 10 races: one victory, two second places and three thirds.
I would like to thank Team VMR Mesaroli Racing, my sponsors and all the fans who follow me. For 2025 it is very likely that I will continue the MotoE World Championship with the Team I raced with this year and as I said I hope to continue the CIV with TEAM VMR MESAROLI RACING.
